Chips from used Whiskey barrels! Sold in 250 gram packages. This will give a great aroma to your wine, beer or liqueur. You can use these chips the same way you would use classic oak chips.. Leave in contact with your wine, beer or liqueur for a few weeks during fermentation or ageing, sample regularly to get the desired level of flavor and then remove.
